Anuj Patel - Director

Simple and soft-spoken by temperament, Anuj Patel serves as the Director of the Ansh Group. After completing his Diploma at BS Engineering College in Mehsana and Bachelor of Civil Engineering at GTU, he surveyed the real estate market to understand the field of construction. Having thus prepared himself, he established Ansh Buildcon in 2017. Under this brand, Anuj began a 3 BHK scheme called Aarambh in the fast-developing area of South Bopal. This was his foray into the business of real estate. Having found success in his very first venture, Anuj is now expanding the group’s presence across multiple localities in and around Ahmedabad, with the aim to provide esteemed customers and buyers apartments of their choice with the latest architectural designs.

Chintan Patel - Director

Chintan Patel has been in the real estate business for over 12 years and is a seasoned expert in the sales, marketing, and branding functions. As a committed realtor passionate about staying ahead of the curve, Chintan co-founded Ansh Buildcon in 2017. Chintan holds a master’s in business administration degree from Nirma University and has been responsible for the overall leadership, growth, direction, and strategic planning for all of the group’s real estate projects, striving to provide positive outcomes for everyone involved in the process. Chintan takes great pride in leading teams and drive success for clients. He works tirelessly to meet his clients’ needs through quality service, building relationships with all his stakeholders and delivering outstanding results in every endeavour. An international swimmer with several accolades in his name, Chintan draws inspiration from Michael Phelps and his ideology – No Limits. “You can’t put a limit on anything.
